Here are some pictures from the fun day we had at the Placerita Junior High in Newhall California.  We performed there recently for Black History Month.
The kids really had a blast and so did we.  Really looking forward to doing more of this!  Here's a quote from the Assistant Principal Enrique Lopez:

"The Harrison Jazz Ensemble was an excellent and classy event to celebrate our Black African Month. Roger and his group were so energetic that they had junior high school students dancing and signing great musical classics. The adult audience (teachers and staff) enjoyed their music so much that they have requested Roger at next year's faculty Holiday Brunch. Thank you Roger for bringing classy jazz act to Placerita Junior High School."

The Harrison Jazz Ensemble consits of 7-10 performers including drummers, piano players and bassists.
